1. Architectural Specification & Data Bounds
For web tools, image processing is executed entirely inside your browser's secure sandbox. Your raw files never leave your device. Only explicitly requested Developer API operations (e.g., Background Removal) transmit payloads to our Edge infrastructure, where they are processed in-memory and discarded.
2. Account Usage & Keys
Developers are issued a unique API key Bearer token to authorize serverless API transformations. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your key and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Pricing and Credit Allocation
All API transactions deduct from your remaining credit quota. Credits are purchased on a one-time basis and do not expire. Refunds are processed at the sole discretion of the Merchant of Record.
4. Limitation of Liability
The standard processing engine and edge API tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
